Discreet Packaging
We value your privacy. All items are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no references to diddlydoo or adult products. The return address is listed under a generic business name.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your delivery progress via the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If your parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it (additional postage applies) or offer a refund minus the shipping cost.
