6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preferences. However, under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or unsafe.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty:

- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

- If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

- Items must be unused and in their original packaging, where applicable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
